The Rewards

Our client is committed to rewarding excellence in leadership. This role offers a premium compensation package designed to recognise your expertise and dedication.

• Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Superannuation (Above Award).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 12.5% bonus.
• Lifestyle: Permanent Full-Time (Monday – Friday) with set shifts to ensure you’re home for dinner every night.

The Role

As the Centre Manager of this beautiful Bendigo service, you won't just be managing a facility; you’ll be shaping a community.

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor and support a dedicated team pf permanent and casual employees.
• Community Connection: Act as the face of the service, building deep, trusting relationships with Bendigo families and the local community.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless daily operation of the service, maintaining high standards of care and education.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a "zero tolerance" approach to child safety, ensuring all standards are not just met, but exceeded.

What You Bring

You are a communicative, organised, and qualified professional with:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher ACECQA-approved qualification).
• Valid Compliance: Current WWCC, National Police Check, and up-to-date CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Child Protection Training, Mandatory Reporting, and rostering.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to engage effectively with staff and families.
